Can I get a refund for deposits paid on booking I can no longer make due to COVID-19: Regretably due to the scale of this, it is not possible to issue refunds, however we will happily rechedule the booking any date in the future. Under the circumstances this is the best offer we can make.
Where is the nearest grocery store? There is a Co-op in Beauly about 1 mile away
How far away is Inverness? Approx 10 miles
Can we walk to Beauly? Yes, it takes around 25 minutes and there is a path along the main road
Where is the nearest public transport? There is a train station in Beauly and regular buses (No28) will stop at the park entrance if requested
Do you have hard standing pitches? Yes, around half of our touring pitches are hard standing, all have electric and many of which have water

Do I need to book? Not normally, however it will save time at check in and at busy times you will be more likely to get a hard standing pitch as they are on a first come first served basis
How do I pay? We take a £10 non refundable deposit for all on line bookings. The remaining balance is due on arrival. We prefer payments to be made by card.
Can I change my dates after booking? Yes, as long as we have availability. There is a £3 admin charge for all date changes.
Can I book over the phone? No, we only take bookings on line (with the exception of large groups by tour operaters, or season pitches)
We are coming 2 tents / campervans, can we book them together? No, you will need to book them both individually on line, however you can add a note to your booking so we can place you close together
What time can I arrive? Normal check in is from 13:30 onwards. Please note the security barrier is locked between 23:00 and 07:30 (21:00 and 08:30 during winter months)
Are pets allowed? Yes, well controlled pets are welcome. At the bottom of the park we have a 6 acre nature reserve with paths to walk dogs
What time does the bar open? During summer months only the bar is open from 19:30 to 23:00 daily (subject to demand)
What facilities are there on the park? We have 1 toilet block and 2 temporary toilet and shower units, several fresh water points, chemical toilet and grey water disposal. We are currently building a new toilet block which will be completed as soon as possible.
Is there a play park? Yes
Can we buy gas? Yes, we are a Calor gas agent and have a wide range of cylinder sizes in stock at all times
Is there WiFi? Yes, £2.50 per day, there are discounts for long staying customers
Can I empty my chemical waste? Yes, we have disposal facilities for grey and black water waste. Please use septic tank safe chemicals
Is there a Laundry? No, the laundry is currently closed while we are going through refurbishment work. There will be laundry facilities in the new toilet block once completed.
Can I get TV reception? There are a lot of trees in the park which interfere with TV reception. Some of the grass pitches and hard standing with drainage pitches have better reception
Are fires allowed? Yes, we have a fire pit for small fires.
Are BBQ's allowed? Yes, so long as they dont damage the grass. There is also a central area for BBQ's with benches.
Can I store my touring caravan or motorhome at the park? Yes, we offer storage at £1.50 per day. Much of the park is covered by CCTV and we have several staff living on site to keep an eye on your caravan.
Is the park open all year round? Yes, 365 days a year. There is always a staff member on site
Are commercial vehicles permitted? No, we do not permit commercial vehicles, click here for more details
Can I put my own static caravan on the park? No, we are at our maximum number of static caravans. This will not change in the future.
Can we fish on the river? Yes, however this is fly fishing only and strictly by permit. We can issue a license for river trout for £10 per stay on a catch and release basis. For salmon or sea trout a permit can be obtained from Beauly angling club. Please ask at reception before fishing.
