Do I need to bring a gazebo?

Yes, all stall holders need to bring a suitable gazebo.

Is the an admission charge?

No, the event is free to the public

How many people do you expect?

This is a very difficult question to answer.

Our first event in 2025 had around 200 people attend.

However, there will be significantly more advertising for the 2026 event so we are expecting much higher numbers.

Will I get a discount if I want to camp?

Yes, stall holders who wish to camp over will be eligible to a 25% discount.

Can I display for just 1 day?

Yes, there is an option for either 1 day or 2 day stalls.

Will there be live music?

Yes, there will be a live music throughout the event on our stage. This is slightly seperate to the stalls.

Is there a seperate eating area?

Yes, there will be a seperate eating area under the stretch tent in front of the stage.

Is there a limit on the number of stalls?

Yes, we will be limiting the total number to around 50 stalls.

Once a stall is booked then we will also look at what the stall holders are selling so we do not have too much of the same thing.

Where will Beauly Distilled be?

Beauly Distilled is running alongside Make It Beauly and will be under a seperate stretch tent adjacent to the music / eating stretch tent.

My friend is also displaying, can we be together?

Yes, as long as we know at least 1 week in advance, however, this may be more difficult if 1 stall is 2 days and the other is a single day.

Can I park my car beside my stall?

Sorry, for health and safety reasons we cannot have cars parked beside stalls. There is a seperate area for parking not far away.

Can I have a petition for a local issue?

Sorry, we need to keep the event absolutely nuetral. Therefore we cannot allow any sort of political campaigning such as posters, badges, or petitions.

When do I need to book a stall by?

We would recommend booking a stall as early as possible as there will be limit on the total number of stalls.

What time do I need to have my stall set up?

Make It Beauly will be open to the public between:

Saturday 6th 11:00-17:00

Sunday 7th 12:00 and 17:00
