Nature reserve:
As part of our holiday park, we have a 6 acre nature reserve.
This is a fabulous quiet area where our customers can relax and enjoy the surroundings. There are several ponds and look out points onto the River Beauly. There are about 700m of paths.
We have a very wide range of wildlife in our nature reserve, ranging from:
Insects such as dragon and damsel flies, butterflies, and beetles.
Amphibians such as frogs, toads, and newts.
Birds such as wood peckers, tawny owls, kingfishers, herons, buzzards and kites.
Mammals such as pine martens, badgers, foxes, and deer.
Plus on the river, otters and seals are regularly seen, there is even a slim chance of seeing a beaver.
