Booking or Payment Difficulties

This page is to help if you are having difficulty placing a booking or paying for a booking.

1. Availability:

If the dates you are looking for are shown in red on the booking system, then we are FULLY BOOKED for that particular pitch type. This is a live booking system and is 100% accurate at all times. If we get any cancelations, then the system will show in green straight away.

 

2. Booking issues:

If you are having problems placing a booking, for example the dates are not showing correctly, try changing your device or browser.

Sometimes there can be updates in formats and certain browsing systems (particularly smart phone apps) may not be compatible at that particular time.

 

3. Placing a booking:

If you have put all your details in to the system and are at the payment page, then your booking has been created and secured in our system. The confirmation e-mail will arrive within 5-10 minutes.

Please note: The booking will be created and secured even if the payment has not been completed, or has failed. If the payment has not been completed or failed, then a new payment link will automatically be sent by e-mail within 5-10 minutes. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE MULTIPLE BOOKINGS FOR THE SAME UNIT

 

4. Payment issues:

The new 2-factor security systems can be a little tricky, particularly if you are experiencing connection issues. With 2-factor security you need to approve the transaction. This could be on your mobile banking app or your bank may send you a code by text. Some banks may require you to re-confirm that you have approved it on the original tranaction. Its the 2nd confirmation most people do not complete properly.
